Three additions were added to the existing 1 1/2 storey dwelling. A small front vestibule addition at the front door expanded and improved the spatial arrangement at the foot of the existing main stair. A rebuilt garage further forward of the existing one allowed for the expansion of the kitchen behind and the creation of a new breakfast area and side entrance to the garden. A large second floor front dormer addition greatly improved an existing middle bedroom. This addition continued and allowed for the creation of a new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom over the garage addition below.
